Hey there!

Hi, I'm Lamia. I like making tech less scary and learning genuinely fun — that's more or less the whole mission behind Know IT Lab.

I've spent over a decade in workforce development and career strategy — Pre-Employment Support Programs, Indigenous Skills and Employment Training initiatives, business schools, career coaching, across Alberta and Saskatchewan. Somewhere along the way I picked up SaaS development too, which turned out to be handy — now I get to build the technical tools I used to wish existed.

MBA. Certified Career Strategist. Member of Career Professionals of Canada. Also just someone who really likes watching "I don't get this" turn into "oh, that's actually easy."
